A font the platform should look up by name on the device; nothing was downloaded; fall back to Lato when the OS does not have it.

This is the whole answer for a [FontSpec.Named] role (#20288 decision 15): the shared module classifies the playout's Id + name pair and hands the name over, the platform does the lookup. No network, no cache, no file on disk.
